Supporting Our Military Families at Arden Forest Infant School 

At Arden Forest Infant School, we are proud to support our military families through Little Heroes, a social support group run in school by one of our dedicated Teaching Assistants.

Little Heroes provides a safe, welcoming group for military children to connect with others who understand their experiences, build friendships, share their feelings and support one another.

The group also helps strengthen our wider military community within school, ensuring that our children and families feel valued, included and supported.

We are proud to recognise and celebrate the unique experiences of our military children and to provide a supportive school community where every child can feel that they belong.

Arden Forest Infant School have been supported by the Armed Forces Education Trust, who have funded the Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) training. 

Bramcote Barracks 

Military families based at Bramcote Barracks may be eligible to apply for a school bus pass through Warwickshire County Council.

The scheme can provide a free bus pass for eligible families travelling from Bramcote Barracks to Arden Forest Infant School, helping to make the journey to and from school easier and more accessible for our military families.
